The X-40 features the same outstanding characteristics as the other cruisers in the Xperformance range.
Highlights of the build include; lightweight sandwich construction for both hull and deck; a steel keel frame for solidity; discontinuous rod rigging for up wind performance; and a composite lead keel with a low centre of gravity to provide 'stiff' sailing characteristics.
